Located in the heart of Keelung's city center, the East Bank Parking Lot will house a multi-functional shopping mall, poised to become a new highlight of the city and a highly anticipated tourist destination. In addition to the existing 600+ underground parking spaces, the first and second floors will be converted into a shopping mall, attracting over 50 businesses including department stores, bookstores, and a food court. The third floor will be a scenic area, featuring a climbing wall, a PU running track, a sandpit, and a rooftop garden offering panoramic views of Keelung Harbor.
The exterior walls of the East Coast Parking Lot were designed with the assistance of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, and will be full of Keelung's distinctive style. Some spaces will also be available for use by non-profit organizations, family groups, etc. All public facilities are free of charge, providing citizens with the best place for leisure.
