The "Zhengbin Coffee x DEEMOⅡ" at the former Zhengbin Police Station features a mini coffee workshop on the first floor, equipped with world-class roasters and grinders, allowing visitors to experience the fun of roasting coffee beans and make their own customized drip coffee. The second floor offers immersion in the DEEMOⅡ setting and the aroma of coffee brewed by Zhengbin Coffee. The third floor is a comfortable reading and relaxation area, with a futuristic lightbox from DEEMOⅡ on one side and books on various themes for the public to read on the other. The fourth floor is planned as a co-creation space, hosting various classes and lectures, and welcoming local youth entrepreneurship or arts and culture groups. The fifth floor is an arts and culture exhibition space, which will host special art exhibitions in the future, as well as schools holding graduation exhibitions and allowing various sectors to borrow and exhibit their artworks. As for the rooftop sky view area, visitors can enjoy a 270-degree panoramic view of the sea, taking in the magnificent scenery of Zhengbin Fishing Port and Bazhimen.
