Located in the central business district of Keelung City, Taiwan, it is the most prominent landmark commercial building next to Keelung Harbor and the tallest skyscraper in Keelung City. Completed in 2001 by Li-Jung Construction and Wan-Li Construction, it has 33 floors above ground and 7 floors below ground, standing 147.5 meters tall. Its distinctive feature is the ship's chimney-like shape at the top, which echoes the Keelung Harbor.
