Fairy Tale Art Festival

Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation sponsors the Keelung Fairy Tale Arts Festival, collaborating annually with the Keelung City Government to plan numerous exciting activities during Children's Day in April, bringing many unprecedented large-scale art installations to Keelung. Yang Ming Marine Transport's partnership with Paper Windmill began with the 319 Township Project, and they have collaborated for a long time, decorating the entire city together. The aim is to allow the public to laugh and play happily with Keelung Harbor's Smiling Harbor, connecting Keelung Ocean Plaza, Yang Ming Marine Culture and Art Museum, and the west bank of Keelung Harbor's Smiling Harbor into a large-scale interactive park, subverting the public's impression of a harbor city and creating the nation's first city transformed into a marine art wonderland. Through creative and imaginative visual performances in Keelung City, the festival aims to inspire a different kind of imagination about marine culture, inviting everyone to come to Keelung and have a blast. The newly completed Smile Harbor Trail in Keelung Harbor has also joined the Keelung Fairy Tale Arts Festival to offer exciting activities. During the Keelung Fairy Tale Arts Festival, the "Smile Harbor - Art West Coast Good YOUNG Market" will be held on the west side of the Smile Harbor Trail in Keelung Harbor. Through the vitality and creativity of local youth, the Smile Harbor Trail in Keelung Harbor will be highlighted, creating a permanent arts and cultural recreation area with unique Keelung characteristics.
