Bisha Fishing Port

Zhongzheng District Zhongzheng District, Keelung City (Google Map)
# Harbor & Coastal Settlements

Bisha Fishing Port was originally part of Badouzi Fishing Port. With the booming tourism industry in recent years, it gradually developed into a tourist and leisure fishing port. Then, in 1989, the first national demonstration fish product direct sales center was established. The planning was quite complete. Here, you can select and buy a wide variety of seafood. All kinds of fresh seafood are guaranteed to be fresh. In particular, the crabs in early autumn are of a quality that is in no way inferior to the hairy crabs in China and are the favorite of discerning gourmets.
In addition, next to the Bisha Fishing Port Direct Sales Center, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, forming a food street specializing in fresh seafood. The variety of fresh catches displayed at the entrance of the shops is mouthwatering, and the diverse dishes are the best place to satisfy your appetite. Visitors can also select live seafood from the tanks and have it cooked on the spot by the chefs at the restaurants, or have the seafood purchased from the direct sales center cooked by the restaurants. The aroma and delicious food are truly amazing.
Next to Bisha Fishing Port, there are large green spaces for family activities. At the other end of the open space is Bisha Ocean Recreation Center, where you can enjoy coffee, admire the sea and sky views, take a sightseeing fishing boat on the Blue Highway, and enjoy the azure sea and sky scenery, including Keelung Island tours and island landing activities.
At the entrance to Bisha Fishing Port, there is a very eye-catching fishery test vessel on the shore. It is the Haigong, retired from the Fisheries Research Institute. It was Taiwan's first ocean-going research fishing vessel to venture to the polar regions. Although it is slightly mottled, it shows its heroic age and its heroic spirit is not diminished.
Bisha Fishing Port has been transformed into a yacht harbor and now features a food street. With the redesigned layout, the entire port has taken on a brand-new look, allowing visitors to enjoy food and drinks while also cruising along the blue highway and experiencing the unique feeling of being surrounded by the sea. The salty smell of the sea in the air adds a special touch of tranquility.
